Is Flash Player installed?
First thing you need to make sure is whether Adobe Flash Player plugin (free) is installed on your computer, as most of the hosts linked at
mubees use this plugin to play the videos. An easy way to check this is by visiting
Youtube.com and try to play a video. If the video plays correctly, then Flash Player plugin is already installed on your computer. Otherwise, just follow this link (
install Flash Player) and install the plugin.
Problems with videos hosted at Megavideo?
Megavideo has set a playback time limit of 72 minutes. From then on, you have to wait an extra hour (more or less) to keep on playing the video. While it seems like this limitation does not affect everybody, it still happens to be a common problem for many people. Apparently, Megavideo uses our public IP address to set this limit, so we just have to renew it and time limit will be gone.
The easiest way to have this done is by restarting our modem/router so that our ISP assigns a new IP address to our connection. Sure it is a bit annoying, but it is much easier from a technical point of view than other workarounds such as using a proxy server (which also slows down our connection) or faking IP techniques. Besides, in case we have access to the modem/router management console from our computer, chances are that we even have the possibility of reconnecting to our ISP or rebooting our modem/router with a few clicks.
(Megavideo) Can't see the video even after restarting the router?
Some Internet service providers use static IP addresses instead of dynamic ones, meaning that their users always get the same IP address and, therefore, Megavideo timelimit trick will not work. If this is your case, don't worry. You can start playing the video and click on pause as soon as it starts downloading. Then, wait until the video is completely downloaded (note preloading bar) and, once done, simply check the option to work offline in our browser and you will be able to play the video with no time limitation. Remember to uncheck that option once you've seen the movie.
Problems with videos hosted at Veoh?
Some of the videos hosted at Veoh have a playback time limit of 5 minutes. To access the full videos, you need to install Veoh Player (Free) which can be downloaded here:
http://www.veoh.com/downloadFlow.html.
The link to the movie does not work?
It is important to take into account that
mubees does not host any video, so videos can be removed from hosts at any moment. When this happens, we strongly ask you to let us know by using the 'report broken link' form so that our index is up to date.
How can I watch the videos in full screen?
Depending on the server the video is hosted at, a different video player will be used. However, all of them offer the possibility of watching the video in full screen mode. You just have to place the cursor over the different player buttons until you find the right one.
